When can I use the member discount?

After becoming one of our members, you can use the member discount on full-price items on your next purchase.

Member discount code will be displayed under "Rewards" in the bottom right corner, copy and paste the code at checkout to enjoy the discount!

Member discount is only applicable to full-price items. Prices and discounts displayed in shopping cart are final.

When can I use store credit?

Available credits will be displayed in your account profile and at checkout.

Please apply store credit before checkout and confirm the payment amount before making purchase. We will not refund any discount balance after an order is made.

How can I get my birthday discount?

After becoming one of our INSIDER ZERO or CHOSEN ONE members, please fill in your birthday in order for our system to automatically send you discount code on your birthday.

Birthday discount code will be displayed under "Rewards" in the bottom right corner, copy and paste the code at checkout to enjoy the discount!


Kind reminder - 
Please fill in your birthday at least 3 days prior to your birthday, or else system cannot send discount code to you accordingly.

How to calculate the cumulative spendings?

Spendings will be accumulated starting from the first day of your purchase
If spendings do not meet the upgrade or extension requirements in a 12-month period, spendings will be re-calculated starting from zero.


 

All purchases are calculated based on the actual amount paid, after deducting all discounts and refunds for out-of-stock items.

Will my points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Expired points will be forfeited automatically and will not be reinstated under any circumstances.


You can check your points balance under "Rewards" and the expiry date under "Activity".

When will my membership expire?

For INSIDER ZERO and CHOSEN ONE tiers, membership is valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade.

Reaching the above cumulative spending amount before your membership expires will renew your current status or upgrade you to a higher tier.

 

There is no expiry date for non-upgraded members.
