In stock items: 1-3 working days

If you wish to ship out the pre-order and in stock items separately, please contact us and we will process your order as soon as we can. Customers will have to bear the extra shipping costs even if the order is qualified for free shipping.

If pre-order items take longer than 14 working days upon order cut-off day to arrive, we will ship out the rest of the order first (if applicable). The extra shipping cost will be borne by us.

If pre-order items take longer than 21 working days to arrive, we will offer exchange or full refund for that item.
