For orders under $800, shipping fee will be collected by SF Express upon delivery.

How long does it take to process my order?

Pre-order items: 7-14 working days upon order cut-off day (every Sunday 9pm)
In stock items: 1-3 working days

 

*Working days: Monday - Friday, except public holidays

 

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, we will ship out the order together by default. If you wish to ship out the pre-order and in stock items separately, please contact us and we will process your order as soon as we can. Customers will have to bear the extra shipping costs even if the order is qualified for free shipping.

If pre-order items take longer than 14 working days upon order cut-off day to arrive, we will ship out the rest of the order first (if applicable). The extra shipping cost will be borne by us.

If pre-order items take longer than 21 working days to arrive, we will offer exchange or full refund for that item.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We are sorry that we do not offer any exchange or refund at the moment. If you are unsure about fit and size, please feel free to contact us for sizing suggestions!

 

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of goods (based on the delivery status provided by the respective delivery company). We will get back to you within 24 hours. We will not accept any cases after 3 days upon receipt of goods under any circumstances.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and are in their original selling conditions with all the tags/packing/accessories (if applicable) intact to be qualified for any exchange/return.
